OUR POLICIES

If you are unhappy with your purchase or think you are eligible for a refund, please get in touch via the live chat or contact section on the website. Alternatively, get in touch via social media. 


Refunds are eligible within the first 30 days of purchase providing the jewellery is free from damage by the customer and in new condition. Eligibility can be discussed on a discretionary basis. Refunds do not cover tarnishing or general wear and tear. See 'Caring for your Jewellery' for more advise. 


Morva Silver gems is not responsible for misreading's when sizing your jewellery. All sizes are listed in the description of the product. See 'FAQ' for more advise on sizing.

Once posted, Morva Silver Gems is no longer responsible. All jewellery is posted via Royal Mail and proof of postage can be produced on orders over £50 if required. Orders under £50 or sale items are posted by 2nd class large letter stamp with no proof of postage, unless requested on purchase.
